七叶莲枝叶挥发油化学成分的GC/M S分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究七叶莲嫩枝及鲜叶中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取七叶莲枝叶挥发油,并利用气质联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。结果共分离出42种成分并确认了其中16种主要成分,占总挥发油含量的82.80%。结论七叶莲枝叶主要成分为萜烯类化合物,包括β-榄香烯(24.20%)、β-桉叶烯(24.00%)、α-蛇床烯(12.46%)等。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of essential oil of new branch and leaf from Schefflera arboricola Hayata. Methods the essential oil were extracted with water distillation method and then analyzed with GC/MS. Results forty-two compounds were isolated and sixteen compounds representing 82.80% of the oil were identified. Conclusions The main four constituents of the oil weleβ-Elemene ( 24.20% ) ,β-Eudesmene ( 24.00% ) , α-Selinene ( 12.46% ).
