Assay of cimetidine in cimetidine tablets(capsules)by HPLC

目的建立HPLC测定西咪替丁片(胶囊)中的西咪替丁含量.方法 采用C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水-三乙胺(体积比20∶80∶0.1)(用磷酸调节pH至3.8±0.1),检测波长225 nm.结果 西咪替丁的浓度在15～75 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.2%(n=6).结论 该法操作简便,快速,准确.

Objective To establish the method for assay of cimetidine in cimetidine tablets （capsules）with HPLC, Methods The C18 column was used with methanol：water：triethyl amine = 20：80：0.1 （adjusted to pH 3.8 ± 0. 1 with phosphoric acid）as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results The standard curve for cimetidine was linear in the range of 15 -75 μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.4% ,and RSD = 1.2% （n =6）, Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
