性骚扰,是国际人权组织和许多国家密切关注的侵犯女性人权的行为。围绕性骚扰的遏制,许多国家已进行了相应的努力且取得了可观的成效。但在我国,性骚扰还未得到社会各界的高度关注。探讨性骚扰的法文化背景,是基于挖掘性骚扰的人性本质和道德内涵的需要,进而为性骚扰的遏制奠定观念基础。

Sexual harassment is greatly concerned by many countries and international human rights organizations as the act of infringing upon women＇ s human rights. A large number of countries have made great efforts to curb this act and gained considerable effects. But in China this act has not got great concern. The investigation of the legal cultural background of sexual harassment is based on the need of the research on its human nature and moral nature, so we can lay the conceptional foundation for the elimination of sexual harassment.
