本文着眼于高等院校培养和造就社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的整体目标,就新形势下进一步加强大学生思想政治教育工作,从制度建设、队伍建设、服务体系、考核评价等方面,提出了高校构建大学生思想政治教育长效机制的一些新思路。

With the view to the educational aim that colleges and universities should bring up qualified constructors and dependable successors for socialism construction, the essay, from the aspect of system construction, staffs development ,serving system and examination and evaluation, raises some new thoughts of establishing a long-acting system of ideological and political education to undergraduates.
