摘要 综述了斑马鱼、青鳉.鲫、河鲀、红鲫以及剑尾鱼等6种小型鱼在血液学、遗传学、环境科学、发育生物学以及分子生物学等方面的研究现状,并对具有实验用鱼开发前景的野生白缘缺的生物学特征进行了评估。 The recent studying situation on hematology, genetics, environment science, developmental biology and molecular biology of Danio rerio, Oryzias latipes, Gobiocypris rarus Ye et Fu, Fugu Obscurus Abe, Carassius auratus and Xiphophorus helleri Heckel was summarized on the point of view of experimental animals. The biologiccal characteristics of Liobagrus marginatus Gtinther, which has the developmental perspective as a experimental model fish, was evaluated.
