摘要 以不同剂量的60 ̄Coγ射线对大豆风干种子进行诱变处理后,对当代植株的生理指标及农艺性状进行测定分析表明,辐射对当代植株过氧化氢酶活性有明显影响,植株粗蛋白质含量随辐射剂量增加而增加,造成生理机能失调,从而抑制植株生长发育;辐射对植株干物质合成的影响,以高剂量影响较大。当代植株的叶形、根瘤及农艺性状等均有变异。研究表明,诱变大豆的辐射剂量以10~14KR为宜。 Determination on the physiology index and agronmy characters of γ1 soy-bean plant after the inducing treatment by different doses of 60Coγ ray on air-driedsoybean seeds showed that radiation had an evident effect on the peroxide of hydrogenenzyme’s activity of the plant. The crude protein content of the plant increased by theincrease of its dosage,therefore, the physiological function was made unbalance and theplant’s development was restrained.The radiation of higher dosage had more effect onthe composition of plant dry material. The leave shape , the root nodule and the agrono-my character of the γl plant had variations due to different doses. It is concluded thatthe radiation dosage of inducing soybean should be at 10~14KR.
