摘要
本文通过对20CrMoA开裂齿轮的化学成份、断口、硬度、金相组织进行检验和分析研究,指出20CrMoA齿轮开裂的原因是渗碳工艺出现高碳势过热异常造成的。
By analyzing and inspecting the chemical composition、fracture、hardness and microstructure for gears of grade 20CrMoA , the analyzing shows the cracks of these gears are caused by overheat in high carbon area due to abnormal carbonizing process.
