黔油双低2号油菜新品种选育

BREEDING OF DOUBLE-LOW QIANYOU2,A NEW VARIETY OF RAPE WUTH LOW ERUCIC AND LOW GLUSOSIOLATES

黔油双低２号系用Ｏｒｏ×安徽大花种间杂交选育的株系作母本与Ａｌｔｅｘ作父本杂交，经冬播、夏繁定向选育而成的甘蓝型（Ｂ．ｎａｐｕｓＬ．）双低（低芥酸、低硫甙）油菜新品种。在一般大田生产条件下，亩产１００～１５０ｋｇ，高产可达１７０ｋｇ以上。原种芥酸含量０．３％，硫甙含量１７．５１μｍｏｌ／ｇ，含油量３８％～４０％。１９８７～１９９４年分别参加品比、区试、生产试验、示范，在各试验中均表现出品质好，稳产，抗逆性强等优点。１９９５年７月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定并准予推广。

With selected line from cross of Oro×Anhtuidahua as maternal plant and Altex as paternal plant,double-low Qianyou 2,a new rape variety of B. napus L,with low erucic and low glusosiolates,had been bredthrough successive breeding and selecting in Winter and Summer.This variety yielded l500～2250kg/hrunder general production conditions and its highest output could reach to2550kg/hr or more. Its contents forerucic and glusosiolates of original seeds are0.3%and l7.51μmol/g respectively,And its oil content is 38%～40%.It revealed a series of advantages in good quality,stahle yield and high resistance to bad environmentsin vpiriety comparison and regional trials and prodtictive experiments from l987 to l994.It was examined andapproved to be extended by Guizhou Provincial Crops Examination Committee in July l995.
