兔抗羊免疫血清的制备

A method of preparing immunized serum

目的:为学生进行沉淀反应自制实验材料。方法:用羊血清免疫家兔制备兔抗羊免疫血清。结果:自制兔抗羊免疫血清和羊血清经环状沉淀、琼脂扩散多种沉淀反应试验,验证均与兔抗人血清和人血清的反应结果相近。结论:自制兔抗羊免疫血清与羊血清可替代抗人血清与人血清,作为学生进行沉淀反应的实验材料。

We prepared a immunized serum by using sheep serum immunized rabbits. Because it has shown a pleased result in many kinds of precipitation reaction such as ring precipitation reaction, agar diffusion reaction and so on. We think it can take place the rabbit-anti-human immunized serum for the students to make the precipitation reaction test.
