摘要
心理训练是为了适应现代高水平的运动竞赛的需要。它与运动员的体能训练、技术训练、战术训练享有同等重要的地位并与它们一起共同构成科学的、完整的和现代化的运动训练体系的必不可少的重要组成部分。本文阐述了比赛前、比赛中和比赛后的一些心理训练方法。
In the contemporary high-rank athletic competition, the training of mentality, is a vital and essential component, as important as other indispensabilities like physical, technical and strategical training, in the construction of an entirely modem and scientific athletic system. This essay provides some practice of the training of mentality before, during and after the competition.
