中国2006～2012年消除麻疹的疫苗需求分析

Requirement of Measles Vaccine of the Elimination of Measles in China During Period of 2006-2012

目的为了解我国2006～2012年消除麻疹的疫苗需求.方法依据我国消除麻疹策略和免疫程序的调整,对疫苗的需求提供一个宏观测算.结果2006～2012年全国麻疹疫苗(MV)总需要量为8.08亿剂次,其中常规免疫4.6亿剂次,复种调整后增加0.68亿剂次,强化免疫2.8亿剂次.结论我国各省(自治区、直辖市)实施MV强化免疫不同的思路,对于一次完成强化免疫,还是分地区或分类完成进行了讨论,分区进行MV强化免疫和补充免疫程序调整后产生的空白最为可行.

Objective To know the requirement of measles vaccine of the elimination of measles in China during the period of 2006 - 2012. Methods Based on the measles elimination of China and the measles schedule adjustment, the total requirement of measles vaccine is predicted. Results The total requirement of measles vaccine is 0. 808 billion doses, which include routine immunization requirement, campaign requirement and schedule adjustment requirement. Conclusion The choices of measles elimination strategy in China are also discussed here, and the strategy based on the Chinese territoriality is being considered feasible.
