摘要
对面接触多阶变径组合航空拖缆的研制中解决的技术关键进行论述。选用钢帘线用72号钢盘条作为拖缆钢丝原料,拉丝采用多道次、小压缩率、适当低速的方法,面接触成型采用固定整体模拔法,适当增大拉拔模的入口角、工作锥角、定径带长度,并选用适宜的润滑油冷却和润滑,成型缆绳达到设计要求。不旋转性能的定量考核方法和变径接头的工艺设计具有创新性。使产品的技术水平处于国际先进水平。该产品的研制成功填补了国内空军训练时空中收放靶标专用钢缆的一项空白。
In this paper, outher has discussed some key technical problems in the development of steps ehange-diametral and face-contacting aviation trailing calbe. It is bold to bring forth new ideas in the technological design of change-diametral joint and the quantitative check method of no-revolving performence. The technical level of the products is present international advanced stage.
