摘要
简要介绍了GCHH-11横缝埋弧自动焊机的焊接方法及工艺要求,首次工程实践应用于新钢8号高炉热风炉安装工程,其焊缝外观均匀美观,内部质量优良。
In this paper, welding methods and artwork needs of full automatic horizontal seam welder are introduced briefly. It has been applied in the instaLling work of hot-air furnace of Xingang on the first time. Its welding seam is uniform and pleasing to the eye. The quality of welding seam is excellent.
