摘要
目的以乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTANa2)为原料合成一种新型的补铁剂-乙二胺四乙酸铁钠(EDTANa-Fe)。方法合成EDTANa-Fe并用化学分析和红外光谱分析对其进行确认。结果EDTANa-Fe的水溶液中不存在游离的Fe(),表明与乙二胺四乙酸二钠形成了稳定的螯合物,经红外光谱分析证实了EDTANa-Fe的生成。结论EDTANa-Fe制备工艺简单,性质稳定,在人体内吸收率高,是一较有发展前途的补铁剂。
OBJECTIVE The reaction conditions of producing the chelate of EDTANa-Fe with iron from EDTANa2 were studied. METHODS EDTANa-Fe was produced and analyzed by chemical and IR spectroscopic methods. RESULTS The reaction of EDTANa2 and iron was success because there was not Fe ( Ⅲ) in the solution and the chelate was concluded by analysis of IR. CONCLUSION The preparation of EDTANa-Fe was simple the product was stable and it had high bioavailability EDTANa-Fe was a new iron fortifieant with broad prospect.
