固相萃取-高效液相法测定羚羊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量

Determination of Arctiin in Linyang Ganmao Pills by SPE-HPLC

目的建立固相萃取-高效液相法测定羚羊感冒片中牛蒡苷的含量。方法采用固相萃取-高效液相法,固相萃取小柱:1mLOASISR○HLBCartridge(Waters公司);色谱柱:岛津CLC-ODS(6.0mmID×15cm);流动相:甲醇-水(1∶1.1);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃。结果加样回收率考察中平均回收率为93.3%,RSD=1.75%(n=5)。结论本方法可有效减少杂质干扰,准确可靠,并且有利于色谱柱的保护。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the arctiin in Linyang Ganmao Pills by SPE （solid-phase extraction）-HPLC. METHODS The SPE microcolumn was 1mL OASISCHLB Cartridge （Waters Co. ）;The chromatographic column was Shim-pack CLC-ODS（6.0mmID×15cm）;the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water（1：1.1） with flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1;The detection wave length at 280nm; The columntemperature was 30℃. RESULTS The average absolute recovery of this method was 93.3%,RSD = 1.75% （n = 5 ） . CONCLUSION interference of foreign matter and in This method was accurate and reliable it can efficiently decrease the favour of protecting the column.
