2001～2004年临床应用万古霉素类药物调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的了解万古霉素类药物的合理应用情况.方法采用回顾性调查方法,查阅2001～2004年我院住院患者应用万古霉素类药物的所有病历,并分析应用的合理性.结果共计18例患者应用了万古霉素或去甲万古霉素,均为重症病例.其中有药敏结果指导用药12例(占66.67%),死亡4例,自动出院5例,好转9例.结论我院应用万古霉素类药物在适应症选择方面基本合理,但存在用药不及时,疗程不当等现象.
