摘要
全面地分析和讨论了提高烟气流速对烟气湿法脱硫系统的影响。高流速可以提高系统的传质系数;在不同条件下对脱硫率有不同影响,分析了不同条件下的主要影响因素和影响规律;高流速有利于除湿性能的提高;同时,高流速也使系统阻力增大,引风机功耗增大。总的来看,采用高气速强化脱硫方式可以在较小的液气比下达到高的脱硫率,大大降低了系统的投资和运行费用,适合在中国应用和推广。
Influence on wet FGD system by raising current velocity of flue gas was analyzed and discussed in an all-round way. Higher gas velocity can enhance mass transfer coefficient; Higher gas velocity has different influence on desulfurizing rate under different conditions, so leading influence factors and influence regular pattern under different conditions were analyzed; Higher gas velocity help improve dehumidifying performance; Besiders, higher gas velocity increase resistence and power consume of the system. Generally, high gas velocity can largely improve desulfurizing rate and decrease the liquid/gas ratio simultaneously, so high velocity system can greatly decrease the capital and operational cost and is fit to be applied and spreaded in China.
