摘要
通过对资源型城市发展中存在经济和产业结构单一、环境污染严重以及传统的三次产业结构体系产业接续断层和产业链缺损等问题的分析,指出循环经济是资源型城市发展的途径,并提出构建环境建设、农业、工业、服务业和物质再资源化的五次产业结构体系,实现资源型城市的产业循环和可持续发展。
During the development of resource-based cities, the structure of the economy and industry is simple; environmental pollution is quite serious, and the continuous industry is faulted and industrial link lacks in the traditional three-industry system. By analyzing the above problems, this paper points out that the recycle economy is the way to develop the resource-based cities, and the five-industry structure system, including the environmental building, agriculture, industry, service industry and the re-resources of material, should be constructed to realize the industry recycle and sustainable development of resource-based cities.
