摘要
文章从黑龙江省矿产资源现状分析入手,揭示了矿产资源开发利用中存在的问题,在实证研究的基础上,从技术、经济、社会环境多方面加以考虑,从而得出合理开发利用矿产资源必须走资源环境可持续发展的道路。
This paper analyzes the present problems that exist in the exploitation and viewpoint of technology, economy, society sources and environment should be insisted ploiting and utilizing mineral resources and condition of the mineral resources in Heilongjiang province, indicates the utilization of mineral resources. On the basis of demonstration, from the and environment, the author points out the sustainable development of reon developing and utilizing mineral resources soundly, The program of exthe strategic countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
