乳腺导管造影技术在非哺乳期乳头溢液检查中的质量控制

Quality control of galactography in the examination of nipple discharge in the non-breast-feeding period

目的:探讨乳腺导管造影技术在非哺乳性溢液检查中的质量控制。方法:对106例非哺乳性溢液的女性患者行乳腺导管造影。并对多乳眼溢液行多次乳腺导管造影检查。结果:106例中,93例造影成功,技术成功率87.7%。42例为导管占位性病变,阳性率45.2%。结论:乳腺导管造影方法在非哺乳性溢液患者的检查中是一个既简单又安全的方法,在乳腺导管系统疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断中起到了重要作用。

Objective：To investigate the quality control of galactography in the examination of nipple discharge in the non-breastfeeding period.Methods：Galactography was performed in 106 cases of non-breast-feeding women with nipple discharge and repeated to examine the porous nipple discharge in many times.Results：Galactography was successful in 93 of the 106 cases,the successfull rate was 87.7%.Among them,42 cases were space occupying lesion,the positive rate was 45.2%.Conclusion：The galactography is a simple and safe method in the examination of the non-breast-feeding patients with nipple discharge.It is important in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the systemic disease of mammary duct.
