摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者血清可溶性E-选择素(sE-选择素)含量的变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测18例支气管哮喘患者的血清sE-选择素水平。结果哮喘急性发作各组患者sE-选择素的水平与对照组及治疗后差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001),重度哮喘组sE-选择素的水平与轻、中度哮喘组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论sE-选择素作为一个重要的免疫分子参与了支气管哮喘的发病过程,其水平的高低与病情严重程度相关。
Objective To study the changes and its clinical significance of serum soluble E -selectin （sE -selectin） in patients with bronchial asthma, Methods The levels of sE - selectin in 18 cases of asthmatics were detected with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and correlation analysis wad done, Results The average level of sE - selection of all patients in group of acute attack stage of asthma was significantly higher than those in the control group and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, The level of sE - selection in severe asthma group was significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate asthma group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, Conclusion This study indicated that sE -selection, as an important immune molecule, participates in the pathogenesis of asthma, its level is related to the severity of condition.
