心理健康教育与服务对社区居民心理健康水平的作用研究

A Study on the Function of Psychological Training and Service on the Mental Health of Community Residents

目的探讨社区心理健康教育与服务对社区居民心理健康水平的作用。方法采用问卷调查法在某街道随机选取一个社区,并随机抽样283人,测查社区居民的心理健康水平。在社区开展心理健康教育与服务3个月后再次调查。结果干预前、后测得社区居民的心理健康水平差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论应大力开展社区心理健康教育与服务,促进民民整体素质的提高及优化。

Objective To research the function of psychological training and service on the mental health of community residents. Methods This study investigated 283 community resident by questionnaire. They are intervened by psychological training after three months. Results The mental health of community residents is different before and after intervention （ P 〈 0, 01 ）. Conclusion It is significant to develop psychological training and service in community, and improve and perfect the whole quality of citizens.
