The recent studies have shown that diabetes and cardiovascular diseases may be a kind of inflammation. Therefore, anti -inflammatory therapy develops a new thinking for diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This paper summarizes the new development of anti - inflammatory therapy for Type 2 diabetes and its complications of great vessels from the view of improving life style and medication.
