特应性皮炎有多种多样的皮肤表现,好发于特殊遗传素质的人,到目前为止,其病因及病理机制并不很清楚,对不典型患者还缺乏特异性诊断标准,现就其病因、病理及临床表现的新观点做一综述。

Up to now, both the etiology and pathology have not been clear, and a specificity diagnosis standard has still been lack fro non - typical cases. This paper summarizes the new idea about the cause, pathology and clinical manifestations of the disease.
