野生线叶野豌豆种子特性实验室测定研究

Determination and Study on the Characteristic of the Wild Vicia tenuifolia Roth.in Laboratory

通过对线叶野豌豆种子进行处理,测定种子千粒重、种子生活力、种子发芽率,并采用不同处理方法对种子发芽率进行了研究,结果表明,用浓硫酸浸种取得的效果最佳,最佳的浸种时间为5～15min.

Through processing on the seeds of wild Vicia tenuifolia Roth., this paper determined the weight of a thousand seeds, the seed viability, the seed germination percentage, and used the different processing methods to conduct the study on the seed germination percentage. It is indicated that using the the strong sulfuric acid to soak seeds could got the best effect, and the best soaking time is 5 - 15min.
