摘要
分别研究了超声处理技术对碳纳米粉在酚醛树脂中的分散和对树脂粘度、表面张力及体系电导率的影响,分析了超声空化、声流及激波作用机理,并对分散机理进行了分析;采用AFM方法对分散效果进行了表征,证明超声分散是降低纳米粒子团聚的有效方法。
The dey problem of the preparation of polymer nanocomposite is the bomogeneous dispersion of nanoparticles in polymer matris, In this paper, an ultrasonic method has been performed to improve the dispersion of carbon nanopowders in phenolic resin has been studied, The effects of ultrasonie treatrnent on viseosity and electrical conductivity of the resin system were investigated, The mechanisms of ultrasound such as the cavitation and agitation streaming aroused by ultrasound in the liquid were analyzed, Moreover, the dispersion characteristics of the carbon nanopowders were evaluated by atomic force microscopy(AFM),The results indicated that the ultrasonic treatment is an available method to decrease the aggregation of the nanopwders.
