New Technology of Inspecting Storage Battery SOC

摘要 为准确了解以蓄电池为动力的电动汽车所用电池的剩余电量,在分析目前一些电池剩余电量计算方法的基础上,提出了一种利用阻抗跟踪技术的单芯片监测电池剩余电量方案。在实际设计方案中采用了T I公司的bq20z80芯片,能够在电池整个寿命周期内以高达99%的精确度计算电池组的剩余电量。在电池组处于静止状态时,通过在相应的温度下关联电池组的空载电压和充电状态可以分析出准确的电荷状态。 In order to confirm the knowledge of battery's SOC to the full extent and accurately as tar as automobile taking storage battery as its power is concerned, the detection scheme of battery's SOC was proposed by applying a single chip making use of a technique of Impedance Track Monitor on the basis of present method in calculation of battery's SOC. In actual project, TI company's chip bq20z80 was used, which enables SOC; to be calculated in the accuracy of 90% during such battery's whole serving life. If the batteries are in a state of stillness, non-loaded voltage and charging state can be analyzed, with accurate charge state found through relevant batteries under corresponding temperatune.
