模拟衰减器在射频和微波网络中有广泛的应用,可用砷化镓MMICS和PIN二极管网络实现.现设计一种用PIN二极管实现的宽带衰减器,结构简单,制作容易,在较宽的频带范围内实现较好的匹配和较平坦的衰减.

Simulant attenuator has been widely applied in microwave and radio networks with MMICS and PIN diode networks. In the present paper, a broadband attenuator based on PIN diode has been reported. The simple and easy making attenuator has good matching and smooth attenuation in a broad range of frequencies.
