摘要
省级教育学院正处于发展的一个十字路口,如果不加强人力资源管理,就有被淘汰的可能。省级教育学院要走出今天的困境,获得发展,就必须加强人力资源管理,在先进的人力资源管理理论的指导下,树立人才战略思想,做到“人尽其才,人尽其用”,并在此基础上使省级教育学院在新的发展时期找到自己的位置。
Being at the crossroads in its development, the institute of education on provincial level will be eliminated if the management of human resources is not improved. To get rid of the necessitous circumstances and to develop further, it should be guided by the advanced management theory on human resources with its manpower strategy which enables its staff to do his utmost according to his lights. Its appropriate place in this challenging circumstances could be secured then.
