PU DIAN - JUN AND MOVEMENT OF PROTECTING RAILAWAY PROJECTS IN SICHUAN (Part 2)

由蒲殿俊任议长的四川咨议局一成立,就把争路权作为自己的一项主要任务。清廷将川汉铁路收归国有之时,蒲殿 俊亲拟呈文要求维持商办。在保路、保川、保国的浪潮中,蒲殿俊等人组织成立了保路同志会,形成了以蒲殿俊等人为核心的 咨议局、股东会、同志会三位一体的争路体制。

The Consulting and Discussing Office of Sichuan in which Pu Dian -jun served as a speaker regarded the right fighting for the railway as their main task after its establishing. When the imperial court in the Qing Dynasty took the Chuan- Han railway back,Pu Dian- jun drafted the memorials and asked to keep the railway privately owned . In the tide of protecting the railway ,Sichuan and the country he also organized and set up the League for Protecting the Railway. The Consulting and Discussing Office ,Shareholders＇ Meeting and the League with Pu Dian - jun at its core , formed a trinity system of fighting for the railway.
