以县农广校为基地 构建创业培训新模式——基于武胜县农民创业培训调查的思考

创业培训是提高农民创业素质,取得创业成功的关键环节。本文在对农民工回乡创业的现状调查基础上,分析了农 民创业受阻的主要影响因素,提出必须切实加强农民创业培训,提高创业素质的观点。并就以县农广校为基地来构建创业培 训模式的优越性进行了阐述,进而对如何建立农民创业培训新模式做了初步探讨。

Fostering pathbreakers is the key link of improving the farmers＇ creation qualities and succeeding in starting an undertaking. In this article , based on the investigation of the situation of pathbreakers starting an under- taking ,the authors have analyzed the factors of how the pathbreakers failed , and suggested that we should strengthen fostering pathbreakers and improve their qualities . Then the authors have elaborated the advantages of Agriculture TV Broadcast School and made an initial inquiry into establishing the new model of fostering pathbreakers , which should be based on Agriculture TV Broadcast School in the county.
