试论中国特色社会主义政治文明的特征

ON THE TRAITS OF SOCIALIST POLITICAL CIVILIZATION WITH CHINESE CHARACTERISES

党的十六大报告指出,发展社会主义民主政治,最根本的是要把坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一起 来。社会主义政治文明本质上是人民民主的政治文明,具有党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的鲜明的特征,理解这些特 征,为我们学习贯彻党的十六大精神,继续积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革,加强社会主义政治文明建设指明了基本途径。

Abstract： As is mentioned in the report at the 16th Party Congress,the fundamental thing of developing socialist democratic politics is to integrate with adhering to the leadership of CPC ,people being the subjects of the country and administering the country according to the law. The essence of the socialist political civilization is people＇s democratic politics, that is, to guarantee the distinctive traits of that , CPC＇s leadership, people being the subjects of the country, and administering the country according to law. Having a better understanding of these traits provides us with a basic access to learn and implement the essence of the 16th Party Congress, continuing the construction of socialist political civilization.
