摘要
本文阐述了“学科馆员”制度兴起的原因,“学科馆员”的素质要求、队伍建设、工作职责,并提出了实施此制度应注意 的事项。
In this paper, the author has illuminated the reasons for the rise of “subject librarians” system, the requirement for subject librarians＇quality, the construction of their teams, their tasks, and proposed what we should pay attention to in implementing the system .
