摘要
本文根据我国高校物业管理的现状及物业管理队伍的配备等情况,分析了我国高校住宅物业管理所存在的问题,提 出高校住宅物业管理工作必须从多方面入手,依托独特的文化背景,形成高校现代物业管理体系。
This paper attempts to analyze the problems that exist in the management of residence and property of universities in China according to its status quo and the equipment of leadership. It also puts forward the fact that various methods must be employed in the management of university residence and property to establish a system of modem management, relying on distinctive cultural background.
