摘要
通过分析高速晒图机和陶瓷绝缘子的性能特点,报导了使用机械加工法生产聚四氟乙烯绝缘子的工艺方法,并对影响聚四氟乙烯绝缘子性能的主要因素,如聚四氟乙烯棒材质量、加工工艺技术及M6铜螺杆组件和绝缘子的安装工艺技术进行了分析研究。结果表明,机械法生产聚四氟乙烯绝缘子工艺简洁、生产速度快。聚四氟乙烯绝缘子性能好,使用寿命长达八年。
A method of machining to produce polytetrafluoroethylene（PTFE） insulators was reported, by analysing the nature of high speed diazo printer and ceramics insulators. The influences of PTFE quality, process technology, M6 copper cash module and installing technology on the properties of PTFE insulators were discussed. The results indicate that the method of machining to fabricate PTFE insulators is simple in technology, the speed of production is fast. The properties of PTFE insulators are excellent, they can be used for above eight years.
