摘要
多效唑可明显抑制葡萄组培再生植株的伸长生长,促进横向生长,矮化壮苗,使根系发达。MS+IBA0.02mg/L+多效唑3mg/L培养基适宜用来保存葡萄种质资源。
It was apparent regenerated tissue culture plant of grape was inhabited,the horizontal growth of it was promoted ,seedlings were dwarfed,and rooting system was made developed.Culture medium （MS＋IBA 0.02 mg/L＋PP333 3mg/L）could be used when preserving grape germplasm.
