摘要
本文通过动态实验研究了在自制的离子交换柱中,GS-1树脂对模拟黄金冶练厂的氰化尾液中氰离子的吸附、解吸过程,分别考查了溶液流速、流动方式、树脂装填量对吸附过程的影响及解吸液体积对解吸的影响。结果表明,当树脂填装量为离子交换柱高度的3/4、溶液的流速为15mL/min时,采用顺流吸附,解吸液/负载树脂(体积比)为20/1可以取得较好的吸附、解吸效果。
In this paper, the GS-1 type resin's adsorption and desorption of cyanide ion from the solution was studied. The experiment was conducted in self-made ion exchange column by dynamic experiment. The impact of flow velocity of solution, style of solution flowing, quantity of resin padding on the adsorption process, and that of volume of desorption's solution on the desorption were studied. The good adsorption and desorption effects were gained when quantity of resin padding was three forth times of the height of ion exchange column, velocity of flow was 15mL/min, volume ratio of desorption solution to loading resin was 20/1 by adopting current adsorption.
