摘要 对锡含量高的Sn-Pb-Au-Sb合金中金含量的火试金测定,作者采用熔炼、灰吹手段,解决了Sn干扰测定结果的问题。具体的作法是,用碳酸钠和硼砂配制成混合熔剂,将该混合熔剂与合金试样混合,经高温熔炼,使Sn转变成锡酸钠造渣而不进入铅扣,试样经灰吹富集形成Au-Ag合金。用硝酸分Ag,重量法测Au。合成样回收率99.93%~100.09%,相对标准偏(RSD%)为0.369%。 For the determination of Au content in Sn-Pb-Au-Sb alloy with high Sn content, the present paper provided a new process to solve the problem of Sn interference on fire assay by smelting at high temperature and cupellation, A mixed flux composed of sodium carbonate and borax was made, and it was mixed with the alloy sample then. By smelting, tin in the sample was changed into sodium stannate, not entering into the lead button. The Au-Ag alloy was formed after cupellation. Ag in the button was dissolved by nitric acid, and Au was weighed. The recovery rate was 99.93% - 100.09%, RSD was 0.369%.
