Analysis of Factors that Caused Water Wall Leakage in a Boiler

针对某电厂水冷壁管发生泄漏事故,对泄漏的管段进行宏观分析,材料性能和组织分析,得出泄漏的原因是由于钢材内部存在严重的缺陷,从而加剧了管子内表面的点腐蚀速度,在管壁上形成点腐蚀坑洞,导致管子泄漏。

The tube section of a water wall in a certain power plant, which incurred water leakage failure, was subjected to macroscopical inspection as well as property and structural analysis. The conclusion was, that bursting was originated by serious internal defects in the steel, which intensified pitting attacks on the tubes＇ inner surface, resulting in corrosion indentations and holes, which eventually caused tube leakage.
