通过对大型燃机联合循环余热锅炉原设计数据及试验测试数据的分析,找到了余热锅炉出力下降的原因。并根据电厂实际情况,经热力计算、阻力计算、强度计算、钢结构计算确定了具体改造方法。
By analyzing the original design and test data of a large gas turbine combined cycle's waste heat boiler, the cause of the boiler's output drop was found. Following a thermodynamic, flow and strength calculation of the boiler, as well as that of the steel structure, a concrete retrofit plan has been drawn up that fits actual conditions of the plant.
