介绍深圳市广深沙角B电力有限公司电动给水泵液力偶合器工作油压力波动的情况及处理对策。分析油压波动的原因,针对油中含气导致工作油压波动现象,对液力偶合器油系统进行了排气方面的改进。实践证明该改进解决了给水泵油压波动的问题,确保了机组的安全运行。
The working oil pressure's oscillation of a motor driven feed pump's hydraulic coupling, of Shenzhen City's Guaugshen Shajiao B Power Co.Ltd., is described together with an analysis of factors that may have caused the oscillations. Improvements of venting the hydraulic coupling's oil system have then been carried out, because it was concluded that air mixed in the oil had been the cause that effected oil pressure oscillations. Practical application proved that this improvement actually solved the problem and hence warranted reliable operation of the set.
