发电厂厂级监控信息系统的方案设计与使用

摘要 对电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的概念,及其在火电企业信息化建设中所处地位作了简单描述。对上海外高桥第二发电有限责任公司的SIS系统的总体方案设计、层次架构、软件结构作了相应的分析。着重介绍了SIS的实施与使用,包括:硬件配置、实时/历史数据库的选择、计算方法、软件功能、系统安全、总体性能指标。指出该系统在火电企业信息化建设中的应用前景。 A concise description of the supervisory information system (SIS) of power plants is presented, together with an explanation of its role in informationalization of power plants. Moreover, the general design of Shanghai Waigaoqiao No. 2 Power Company's SIS system, its hierarchic structure and software built up, are being explained, with special emphasis on its effectuation and handling in the plant, including: software collection, choice of the real- time/historical data base, calculation methods, the software's function, the system's safety, and overall performance indices. In the conclusion, the prospects of the system in informationalization of power generation enterprises are being indicated.
