摘要
通过对珠海电厂海斗乙线避雷器解体检查及对电阻片进行直流1mA电压U1mA和75%U1mA电压下直流泄漏电流测量试验,发现避雷器缺陷的主要原因是避雷器密封不良潮气进入,导致电阻片直流1mA参考电压降低和泄漏电压超标;额定电压选择偏低(192kV)导致电阻片荷电率偏高;避雷器外表面积污严重不均匀时导致电压分布不均匀等,从而加速了电阻片的老化以及瓷套内表面受潮。
Through inspecting de-asembled MOA taken from Haidou 2^# transmission line of Zhuhai Power Plant and measuring of reference voltage U1mA of resistors at 1mA D.C and D.C leakage current at 75% U1mA. It is revealed that the MOA defects are caused by improper sealing and moisture leading to reduction of 1mA reference voltage of resistor and increase of leakage voltage, selection of lowered MOA rating (192kV) leading to high voltage stress of resistors, extremely non-uniform pollution deposition leading to non-uniform voltage distribution. All these can lead to accelerating of resistor degradation and internal surface wetting of porcelain housing.
