采用氮气搅拌生产球铁轧辊的试验研究

Experiment and Study on Nodular Graphite Iron Roll Production Using Nitrogen Agitation

根据喷吹稀土镁粉生产球铁钢锭模的生产工艺以及在电炉炼钢炉内喷吹碳粉等经验,采用氮气搅拌球化处理较先进的工艺,提高合金的回收率,稳定轧辊的机械性能和球化组织,减少轧辊裂纹,提高产品合格率。

Higher alloy recovery percentage, stable mechanical properties and nodular structure of rolls, reduced cracking and increased acceptance percentage are achieved by using nitrogen agitation for spheroidization in the nodular graphite iron production with powdered magnesium blow-in as well as in steel making process in electrical furnace with carbon powder blow-in.
