谈“安评”工作中历史地震目录的规范化──以厦漳跨海大桥为例

The Standardization of Historical Earthquake Catalog in Seismic Hazard Analysis──Taking Xia-Zhang Bridge as an Example

编制完整可靠的历史地震目录是地震安全性评价工作的一项基础工作. 但目前的现状是, 最新版本的<中国历史强震目录(公元前23世纪～公元1911年)>中的某些参数在一些地区很难被认同. 本文以厦漳跨海大桥工程场地地震安全性评价工作为例, 在该工作的区域范围内, 分别将<中国历史强震目录(公元前23世纪～公元1911年)>和福建省地震局提供的地震目录逐条进行对比. 再分析几个影响较大的6级以上地震的时间、空间、强度参数的差异, 以及对工程场址影响的差异. 最后, 对今后'安评'工作中的历史地震目录的使用提出建议.

The reliable earthquake catalog is the basis of seismic hazard analysis. But there are some arguments on some earthquake parameters in the new version 《historical earthquake catalog in China（A. D. 2300 to B. C. 1911）》. In this paper, taking the seismic hazard analysis of Xia-Zhang Bridge as an example, we have made a one-by-one comparison of earthquake parameter between 《historical earthquake catalog in China》 and earthquake catalog provided by earthquake administration of Fujian province. The differences on temporal and spacial parameters and magnitudes of earthquakes above magnitude 6 are analyzed and its effects on the sites are also given. Then some suggestions are put forward on the use of historical earthquake catalog.
