县(市)域城镇体系规划导则研究

本论文由三部分构成:第一部分阐述了县(市)域城镇体系规划导则研究的背景与目的;第二部分根据实地调研及资料分析的结果,阐明了我国县(市)域城镇体系规划编制的现状,分析了存在的问题;第三部分在综合分析了各地规划实例的基础上,根据县(市)域的特点,提出了编制城镇体系规划的五项指导原则和十大内容。本论文在编制原则上,提出区域整体发展、服从大局、空间控制、以人为本、可持续发展五项指导原则;在城镇体系规划上,提出了从城镇体系三结构本身,优化城镇体系网络布局的模式和方法;在编制专项规划上,提出应根据城市的性质、功能及存在的问题,重点突出具有优势的专项规划和解决主要现实问题的相关专项规划。

This paper is composed of three parts.In the first part, the background and target of theresearch on the guidance of county (municipality)-regional planning are expounded. In the secondpart, the authors point out the status quo of work-ing out county(municipality)-regional planning inChina and analyze the existing problems based onsurvey and analysis of materials. In the last part,the authors put forward 5 guiding principles and 10contents during the process of working out urbanplanning according to comprehensively analyzinglocal practical plans.
