摘要
运用现代工艺优化理论,以高速干式滚齿的滚刀为研究对象,以最高生产率为目标函数,建立机床、刀具、加工工艺等多种因素的限制为约束条件的滚刀结构参数及切削用量优化的数学模型。利用该模型进行优化计算,可确定最佳滚刀结构参数及切削用量。采用计算机辅助程序设计软件实现滚刀的参数化设计,能够精确绘制出滚刀零件图。
Adopts optimum theory, of modern technics, takes the hob of high-speed dry hobbing as the research object, takes the highest productivity as the aim function, sets up a math model of the optimum hob' s structure parameter and cutting parameter which takes the limit of these factors such as the machine tool, cutting tool and machining technics into account as the restriction condition. Optimum calculation using this model can define the optimal hob ' s structure parameter and cutting parameter. Carries out the parameter design of hob which uses the CAD software and can accurately plot the detail drawing of hob.
