摘要
提出了舰载电子设备隔振系统冲击动响应分析的方法和隔振系统的抗冲击设计原则。通过对框架薄板构件组成的电子机柜的简化有限元模型计算,并对隔振器的相关设计参数进行了优化。提出了双层隔冲的机柜抗冲击措施。
This paper presents an impact dynamical response analysis design principle for shock mount systems, which applies to certain navy ship equipment under shock environment. After FEM calculation with optimized design parameters toward a simplified electronic cupboard model which was composed of frames and plates, a modified measure with double shock mount systems was put for- ward in order to enhance its shock resistance characteristics.
