摘要
以龙蒿的茎、叶、花为外植体,将其置于MS附加不同浓度BA和NAA的培养基上,诱导分化、增殖.结果表明,最佳的增殖培养基为MS+ 0~0.3mg/L BA+0~0.04mg/L NAA,增殖率高.在生根培养基筛选中发现,用NAA,IAA,IBA三种激素处理龙蒿之后,激素IBA比IAA,NAA促进龙蒿生根的效果好.
Leaf and flower of tarragon as primary explants were sited on nutriments of MS with BA 1.0mg/Land NAA0.02 mg/L etc in period of cultivation,and were aroused to dividing and breeding. The results showed that the optimum propagating medium was MS+ 0-0.3mg/L BA+0-0.04mg/L NAA, plant of regeneration efficiency was high. During selecting rooting generation, the effect of rooting generation of IBA was the best of the three hormones after treatment with NAA,IAA and IBA.
