摘要
依据实验获得三种不同产地铸造用石英砂的热膨胀性能数据,分析了石英砂原砂和焙烧砂的热膨胀特性,认为焙烧后石英砂的热膨胀能力小于原砂。这一结论为铸造生产中石英砂的再生使用提供了理论依据。
Thermal-expansion property of new quartz sands and its baked sands from three different places was measured and analyzed. It is concluded that the thermal-expansions of the baked sands are smaller than those of the new sands, which provides reasonable theoretical basis for foundry processes.
